Peanut Butter Berry Protein Bowl
Happy Sunday wanderers and welcome back to another post! Today I’m going to be sharing with you my recipe for a protein packed berries & peanut butter smoothie bowl.

For this recipe you are going to need a food processor or a high-speed blender. I prefer a food processor.
Ingredients
Frozen banana pieces (1.5 bananas)
Frozen berries (1/3 cup)
Protein powder (1 scoop)
Soy milk (1/4 cup or less)
Fresh berries
Granola
Peanut butter
This recipe is super simple to throw together, the key is to have patience with the blending process. First, add your frozen fruit, protein powder, and milk into your food processor. For me, I like to add the milk one splash at a time during the blending process. It is important to not add too much liquid as you will end up with a soupy smoothie bowl as opposed to a nice thick & fluffy consistency. Dependent on the quality of your blender or food processor you may have to add more liquid to ensure everything is well combined. Scrape down the sides of your machine with a rubber spatula as you go.
Once you have reached your desired consistency, spoon your “nice cream”, as we call it, into your serving bowl.
From here, you can get crazy with whatever toppings you want! I added chocolate coconut granola, drizzled melted peanut butter, and used some fresh berries.
