Philadelphia Magic Gardens & Rooftop: Photo Diary
Happy Sunday wanderers! On my recent trip to Philly I had the pleasure of visiting Philadelphia Magic Gardens. It is a beautiful outdoor exhibit of Isaiah Zagar’s mosaic mural work and also has an indoor art gallery. Isaiah's work can be found on over 200 public walls throughout Philadelphia. This exhibit in particular is special because it is not only mural walls, but also sculptures and other art installations. I loved that there are many upcycled items within the mosaic, such as plates and bottles. It's nice to support a local artist by buying a ticket to this exhibit but if you want to search for his work throughout the city, check out this map. This unique experience provided many beautiful photo opportunities, as well as a sense of adventure. I also included some photos from a rooftop which will remain un-named, enjoy...
