Champagne
Pomegranate juice
Pomegranate arils
Rosemary sprig
Sugar (optional)
Gold food coloring spray (optional)
I think this one goes without explanation. Whether the champagne is cheep or pricey is up to you! Pour your desired champagne to pomegranate juice ratio and you are off to the races. Get as fancy with the garnishes as you please. Adorn your glasses with a sugar rim, add pomegranate arils to the glass, and top with a rosemary sprig. To really make an impression mist the rosemary with water, roll it and sugar, and freeze it. Before adding it to the drink, spray it with edible gold food coloring. This will give it a more frosted and festive holiday look while keeping the drink sweet and cold. This recipe is also easily executed with cranberry!
